Continuing our Success with Developing and Building new housing for our local community, we are very proud to announce our acquisition of the former 'East Whitburn Social Club' on Torbane Drive, East Whitburn.

Unfortunately, this style of Social Club continued the current trend in a decline in popularity, with the resultant dilapidation of the building through lack of investment. The 70's building had spent its use and Phase 1 of the development seen the demolition and removal of all the existing building and surrounding grounds.

Phase 2 - Will see the construction of 12nr modern homes, 8 x 1 bed apartments and 4 x 2 bed apartments, incorporating a similar foot print of the original club. The build will see these luxury flats offering an excellent home for 'Private Lets'. Each property will have all modern conveniences including off road parking.

Following the success of our last project in Pumpherston and the demand for high quality and desirable modern apartments our Client hopes to offer these to the market for let in early 2018.

Continuing our Success with Developing and Building new housing for our local community, we are very proud to announce our acquisition of the former 'Seven Oaks' public house on Harrysmuir Road, Pumpherston, Livingston.

Unfortunately, this style of Pub continued the current trend of a decline in popularity, with the resultant dilapidation of the building through lack of investment. Our Client placed the 10 apartments onto the market for private let in late December 2016 and were happy to announce all were rented within a few weeks, the demand proving the high quality and desirability of these modern apartments.

We are very pleased to announce another Joint Venture with our highly valued Client 'TJAC - Boston' working inconjunction to form this latest development in the heart of Cambridge, a world known centre for higher education.

Elizabeth House, formerly an office development for General Electric, will be transformed into an all inclusive facility for student accommodation with an academic center, kitchen, and catering facilities.

An extension will be added to the existing structure, expanding the facility by 34,000 square feet and adding 245 student beds to the existing building along with wardens flat.

In conjuction with our local timber frame kit specialists 'M&M Homes' we have worked together to form a very enviable and bespoke 5 Bed Croft Home. Set in the beautiful West Lothian countryside, south facing looking over the rolling Bathgate Hills and beyond.

The property has been completed to a very high standard and incorporates many features offering the best in Comfort Living.

The home has five state of the art ensuites designed by 'Bagnodesign - Glasgow' and also has a specifically designed Luxury kitchen designed by 'Kitchens International - Broxburn' incorporating all modern conveniences.

Following on from the very successful restoration/refurbishment of the Listed Building early this year; we are now very pleased to announce that construction works are Completed to the land at the rear of the old house.

Phase 2 of the Development seen this land converted into 12 new modern terraced villas which are in keeping with the 18th Century House conversion reflecting many of its characteristics, it is set within its own courtyard and completed with the provison of all modern amenities, all forming a very enviable culdesac in an excellent and prominent position within the new town, reflecting a 'steadings' design.

PV169 - 1 - 5 Howden House, Livingston

Our renovation of 'Howden House' in Livingston, successfully retained the buildings original layout which was formed in its last major conversion in or around 1795-1825.

The conversation forms 5 new modern residential units which is sympathetic to its heritage and B Category listing, It now comprises 2nr x 1 bedroom apartments to the west end and 2nr x 2 bedroom apartments to the east end and an enviable and substantial 4 bedroom townhouse which remains prominent to the central core of this remarkable building, the townhouse reflects its 18th century original layout as a 'T' shaped villa over 3 floors, further complimented with the grand doric porch entrance which leads to the newly renovated and original curved staircase, which is set within a 46 paned georgian styled paladium window to the rear.

We know the redevelopment was received by the local community with much interest and who no doubt welcomed back the House to its former glory. It once again stands pride of place at the heart of and overlooking the new town, which has developed around it, in just a very short period of the buildings very long history.

The house had been subject to many unfortunate circumstances over recent years, which resulted in the property falling into an ever accelerating dilapidation. However, we can confirm that works to protect the building from further decay and vandalism were completed in early 2013.

We are delighted to be able to offer our services on this occassion to rebuild our Local Swimming Pool, following its closure due to fire damage a few years ago.

Installation of high performance impact resistant metal stud partitioning and linings to the back of house with project specific Pool Linings to the 'Wet Areas' utilising performance insulation, vapour barrier and Marley Eternet  'Hydropanel' cementitious boarding to provide the required critieria for high moisture and chlorine conditions.

The Initial Fit Out work of this Retail Unit within the prestigious Quartermile Development in Edinburgh's newest district included essential Sound Proofing works, to seperate the Studio from residences above. This was achieved using proprietary 'Lafarge Gtec' ceiling and encasement systems acoustically designed for the project.

The other works comprised of All Trades in order to provide this 'State of the Art', Dance Studio, Beauty Therapy Room and associated facilities.

Refurbishment of this Grade II Historic building. City of Lambeth London
Late C19.  Large building of red brick with dressings of terra-cotta and blue and green glazed tiles. 
Slated roofs, tall brick chimneys.  Gabled 3-bay side sections flank a 7-bay gabled centre with open
arcading on the 3 floors above the ground floor;  also a sunk basement.  Arcading of terra-cotta with
patterned spandrels and inscriptions indicating royal patronage.  On ground floor, elliptical-arch closed
arcading with decorative tympana;  similar decoration divides floors in side sections.  Curved corner to
Stamford Street return.  Tall wrought-iron area railings.  At north end, glazed brick piers have terracotta cornices and an overthrow with lamp holder.

Conversion into student accommodation for the University of Notre Dame. Works comprising of all trades.

This spectacular, cutting-edge student housing facility, formerly the historic Royal Waterloo Hospital for Women and Children, is the result of full renovation. Planview along with their Partners ZVI were responsible for all aspects of this build-and-design project. From restoration of the authentic facade, intricate interior decor, and original elevators, to installation of modern en-suite kitchen and bathrooms and state of the art amenities, The Partnership created a living facility that appeals to modern students while simultaneously maintaining the property's historical extravagance. The Waterloo residence now houses students from The University of Notre Dame
